Please carefully review these terms and conditions before entering into any service agreement with Dataevolve Services LLC (). When you submit payment or otherwise agree to receive services from Dataevolve, you are stating that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions in full in addition to the acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you choose not to agree to any or all of these terms and conditions, you are not eligible to receive initial service of any kind from Dataevolve or its employees.
You agree that you understand that this agreement may be altered or amended at any time. You also agree that it is your responsibility to stay up to date on the current terms and conditions. Dataevolve will notify you via any and all emails provided when any changes are made to these terms and conditions.
By receiving service from Dataevolve you agree to the following (A) you are over the age of 18. (B) You are the sole owner of the device that is to be serviced. (C) The device to be serviced is not a work or shared office computer of any kind. (D)The information you have provided to Dataevolve is completely accurate to the best of your knowledge (E) you grant Dataevolve and its employees the right to access your device for the purposes of completing agreed upon service.


You agree to give Dataevolve access to your device for the purposes of resolving any issues that you might be having. You agree to give the company rights to modify programs, files, and any other items contained within your device for the purposes of performing service on your device. You also agree that Dataevolve has your authorization to download and install applications and programs on your machine, for the purposes of diagnosing and correcting issues that your device might be having and protecting it in the future. You agree that Dataevolve shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for any corrupted or lost data or software. The repair session may be recorded for quality control or training purposes. Service on your device will be provided by Dataevolve and its employees.


Dataevolve Services will provide, and Customer will purchase and pay for, the Services, and service fees specified in the Order for the applicable Service Description. Customer acknowledges that the service, and service fees have been communicated to the customer, and that they are aware of all applicable charges as per contract. Dataevolve takes all possible steps and all necessary precautions to make sure that your computer is as safe as possible throughout the remote support session. However, the customer must be aware that some viruses and malicious software are designed specifically to cause harm or data loss upon uninstallation or deletion. The customer agrees that Dataevolve shall not be held liable for any real or perceived damages in any amount more than the actual amount that was paid by the customer for services. Dataevolve will not under any circumstances accept liability for closure/ shutdown/ disruption of the customer’s websites/ email/ computers/ laptop’s etc.
Dataevolve will not engage in any behavior that might harm the customer, and any and all damages claimed by the customer for computer or hardware, data loss, perceived profit loss, or any other related claims are not the responsibility of Dataevolve or its employees. You agree that you enter into a service agreement with the Dataevolve at your own risk, and any and all perceived or real losses that result from the service performed on your device are not the responsibility of Dataevolve or any of its employees.
